Caster Leaderboard deploys the existing /leaderboard ranking surface as a standalone Caster OS app. This static fallback supports navigation, mobile review, Farcaster mini app compatibility, and a read-only ranking preview for holders, views, farmers, tips sent, and tips received. Live ranking reads, rank hydration, actor cards, follow actions, owned-index writes, QStorage, event log, rollback, and public announcements stay blocked_external until strict receipts pass.
